It is the policy of Liffey Meats to produce beef products which meet and exceed customer safety and quality requirements. We have a technical team who executes quality control checks to ensure the product is fit for consumption and meets the customer’s requirements. We also have an on – site lab accredited to CLAS to carry out full micro analysis at all stages of production. We are also associated with a fully accredited third party lab if external controls are required for further verification. We have recently achieved IFS international standards award.
